If you are referring to placing an order on the website with a code, when you get to the credit card page billing, at the bottom is a promotional code box where you would enter the code.

What am I to make of your misrepresented coupon?

You sent me a coupon stating "We've missed you" and invited me to shop again. I took the coupon to your local store to use it and they would not accept it because they said it was only good "on line"! I have NEVER shopped with you on line, and felt the come on was most unfair! We are sorry to learn that you received the coupon and did not realize it was from our website. This coupon can only be used on line. Many of the on line accounts are linked and share email addresses and that could be a feasible explanation of you receiving this coupon.

As I do not have your email address, you would need to go on line and unsubscribe yourself.

The totes winter boots that we license to Eastman Footwear can be found in stores such as Kohls, JC Penney, Younkers, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Carson Pirie Scott, Milmar Shoes, Herbergers, Value City and Burlington Coat Factory. We also sell these on our website but if you wish to try them on for sizing the above stores should offer some of the styles.
