Hello Texas Princess,
I only need to wear a right hand glove. The answer to your question is this, you have to buy a pair of gloves and use the left hand glove only. When the gloves you buy wear out you can always buy more. I find they last pretty long, wearing one glove day and night. Good luck.

With a pair, you can invert (to finished-side out) and use the right glove as a second left-hand glove, especially for formal or public wear. The only drawback will be the seams that will leave temporary indents into your skin. Unless you're very sensitive-skinned, these seems should cause you no significant problems.

Question

For the therapeutic gloves, I have a question about how to pick the proper size...see below.

For the therapeutic gloves, when I use the printable sizing chart, it says I need a size medium. However, when I measure the circumference of my hand at the knuckles, it says 7-1/2" which should be a large. Which info do I use so I can order the proper size?

As you are on the cusp between the medium and large, totes recommends you going with the printable sizing chart since it is an actual of the glove itself as you want the glove to be compressed and not large on you.

These glove are considered unisex, however we only carry up to size large. Please print off the sizing guide to insure proper fit.
