on line starts at 7. is it made smaller? if not, can it be found in stores to try on the 7? which stores carry it?

Unfortunately totes does not offer this style in a 6.5 size. You may wish to check on line mid September when our inventory stock is replenished for the fall/winter season or call at that time the tots outlet mail order center at 1-800-962-5600 to inquire.
